Where did the username come from?

A childhood friend gave me the nickname "elfer" online, I think as both a pun on my childhood username (which was christmas themed), and as a reference to the Porsche 911. I needed a more complicated username as I was making accounts on things in which "elfer" was not available as a username, and when I was 17 I was obsessed with the band 'The Gerogerigegege', which gave me the idea for the repeating erererere.
